Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the DryBoxers website.
Customers can review these Terms before completing a purchase. By placing an order, customers agree to the conditions applicable to their purchase.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Where product-specific conditions apply, these will be communicated before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any conflicting provision.
Article 4 – The Offer
DryBoxers aims to provide accurate and complete information about all products offered through its website.
Product descriptions, photographs, available sizes, specifications, prices, and relevant conditions are displayed to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen or device settings.
If an offer is available for a limited period or subject to additional conditions, this will be clearly indicated.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in product information or pricing, subject to applicable consumer laws.
Article 5 – The Agreement
A purchase agreement is formed when a customer places an order and the order is accepted by DryBoxers.
Customers will receive an electronic confirmation containing relevant order information.
DryBoxers uses appropriate security measures to protect electronic transactions and personal information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where permitted by law, including cases involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or unavailable stock.
All orders remain subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers may cancel an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify DryBoxers by emailing support@dryboxers.com within the applicable withdrawal period.
After notifying us, customers must return eligible products within the legally prescribed timeframe.
Products should be handled carefully and returned with their original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy is explained separately in our Refund & Return Policy.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
For standard change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products unless otherwise required by law.
Where a valid statutory withdrawal applies, eligible payments will be refunded within the applicable legal timeframe.
DryBoxers may wait until the returned products have been received, or proof of return shipment has been provided, where permitted by law.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns or statutory withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.
This may include sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after their seal has been broken.
Because DryBoxers sells personal hygiene garments, underwear that has been worn, washed, or used may be ineligible for voluntary returns.
Any exclusion of statutory withdrawal rights will apply only where legally permitted and properly disclosed before purchase.
These restrictions do not affect legal rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
Article 9 – The Price
Product prices are displayed on our website and confirmed during checkout.
Prices may be changed or updated from time to time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where permitted by applicable law.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or additional fees will be displayed during checkout.
DryBoxers reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
DryBoxers aims to ensure that all products meet their advertised descriptions and reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they should contact support@dryboxers.com with their order number and details of the issue.
Products are covered by applicable statutory consumer guarantees.
Any additional warranty offered by DryBoxers or a manufacturer does not replace or restrict statutory consumer rights.
Damage caused by improper use, unauthorised alterations, or failure to follow product care instructions may not be covered by voluntary warranties.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
DryBoxers takes reasonable care in processing and fulfilling customer orders.
We currently deliver exclusively within Australia.
Order Processing: 1–3 business days.
Estimated Shipping Time: 6–15 business days.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery information is accurate.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or delivery is significantly delayed, DryBoxers will communicate with the customer and provide the remedies required by applicable law.

Article 12 – Duration Transactions, Cancellation and Extension
Where DryBoxers offers an ongoing or recurring purchase agreement, its duration, cancellation requirements, and renewal conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Customers may cancel such agreements in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable consumer legislation.
Any automatic renewals or ongoing payment obligations must be clearly communicated before the customer enters into the agreement.
Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Article 13 – Payment
Customers must pay the amount displayed and confirmed at checkout using one of the available payment methods.
Payment information must be accurate and complete.
If payment cannot be completed or is declined, DryBoxers may be unable to process the order.
Customers should contact support@dryboxers.com if they notice any inaccuracies in their payment details or order confirmation.
Any recovery costs relating to unpaid amounts will be subject to applicable legal requirements.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
If a customer has a complaint about an order, product, or service, they may contact DryBoxers at support@dryboxers.com.
Complaints should include a clear description of the issue and the relevant order number.
We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days of receiving them.
If additional investigation is required, we will inform the customer accordingly.
Where a complaint is justified, an appropriate solution will be provided in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer legislation.
Article 15 – Disputes
Any disputes arising from purchases or the use of our website will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
DryBoxers encourages customers to contact support@dryboxers.com first so that concerns can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights or the customer's access to legally available remedies.
Article 16 – CESOP
Under applicable European payment reporting legislation, payment service providers may be required to record and report certain cross-border payment information to the Central Electronic System of Payment Information (CESOP).
Where these reporting obligations apply, relevant payment data may be processed by payment service providers in accordance with applicable legislation.
